got battery in bike and working fine,
Ron, Amazon called us this morning with your complaints. We did not know that there was a problem with your order. We were closed for the Thanksgiving weekend and opened back up on Monday the 29th. We did ship your Battery out on Nov 30th Fed Ex Ground. We try to be very fast getting parts out to the customer however once it leaves here it is out of our hands. Fed Ex should have sent the tracking info to Amazon and Amazon should have sent it to you. The tracking number is 960352415001947. For some reason it is still sitting here in Ohio. I do not know why but I will find out. What can I do as a seller to make this up to you. We do include a free trickle charger with every battery we sell so that is in the box.
